Dave Hackett, Jr. is the owner and lead technician of Advanced Auto Sciences. He has been working on cars for 20 years. While working towards his degree at Franklin institute, Dave worked nights at Sears Automotive and achieved his L1 Master ASE Certification (the highest certification offered in the industry). After graduating, he worked as an assistant mechanic at a full-service independent repair shop in Medford, MA. In 1999, Dave opened advanced auto sciences in Acton, ma, and quickly gained a reputation for great customer service and quality repair work. Dave lives in Hudson, MA with his wife, Joy, and their two sons, David (10) and Spencer (5). When Dave isn’t at the shop, he is usually playing with his boys, skiing, boating, or playing piano. Please don’t ask him about his boy band days.
Jason W has been working in automotive from the age of 18. Has been working on his own cars since before that. He graduated from Hudson High School in 2001 and moved to Arizona to attend Universal Technical Institute. He graduated in January of 2003 receiving an Associates Degree in Automotive Technology and an invitation to the Mercedes Benz Elite Factory training program. Jason worked for many years as a dealership technician. In 2014 Jason joined the Advanced Autosciences team. Jason and his wife Lisa have a lovely daughter Emmelyn. Jason enjoys spending his free time with the family in their camper or working on one of his many recently purchased cars. Oh, and feel free to ask Dave about his boy band days.
